The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities, and the shower experience is simply amazing. The service provided by the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the dining options may not suit everyone's tastes, with some basic offerings available.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, making it comfortable for three people to sleep. However, the service had some ups and downs, and the dining experience had both good and not-so-tasty items. The location is convenient but can be loud and crowded. The facilities were decent but lacked some aspects.
I arrived at the hotel in New Delhi at about 11 pm, and while the rooms weren't the best I've ever seen, they were very clean and had a good ambience to them. The service, especially from the general manager, was really efficient and helpful. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the capital, in a high-security area with plenty of shops nearby. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of regional North Indian foods. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.

However, the service provided by the lovely General Manager and Receptionist was incredibly efficient and helpful. The location, while surrounded by shops, was a bit challenging to find amidst a crowded jewelry market area. The dining options were decent, except for the disappointing Sambar. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
